The core objective of Vruksha Green Guards  is to support the protection and preservation of India's prized and unique natural heritage, and its historic and diverse human heritage.We believe that by promoting and funding worthwhile environmental projects in India and acting as a platform at India based on shared environmental concerns, VRUKSHA will become a key platform for visionary philanthropy, supporting the long-term interests of the people of India in their journey towards sustainable wealth.

1. To promote, encourage knowledge, understanding, and appreciation of nature.
2. To propagate eco-technology to enhance efficient resource use.
3. To undertake pilot projects for demonstration of viable developmental options.
4. To promote and provide training, research and publication on environment;
5. To promote community action for socio-economic and eco-development.
6. To disseminate information through workshops, conferences, audiovisuals etc.
7. To remove gender disparity, child labour, promote equity and social harmony.
8. To collaborate with like-minded institutions in creating network.
9. Oceans and ancient forests protection.
   · Nuclear disarmament and an end to nuclear contamination.
   · Elimination of toxic chemicals and
   · Preventing the release of genetically engineered organisms into nature.
   · Fossil fuel phase out and the promotion of renewable energies to stop climate  

   change.
